Cancellations made before pickup scheduling may be eligible for a full refund. Once a delivery or relocation is in progress, cancellation charges may apply based on the stage of service.
If you face any issues with your service, you can request a refund or claim within 7 days of service completion. Refunds will be processed after verification and may take up to 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
